TANVIC is an incorporated association of recruitment/booking agencies that specialize in the education sector. We service a growing number of schools in Victoria and internationally on all
levels – pre-school, primary and secondary and in all education systems – government, independent and catholic.TANVIC is an incorporated body and was formed
in the mid-1990's to address the growing number of agencies entering the education market. With no regulatory body or consistent quality standard in place, TANVIC was formed
to protect the reputations of those agencies who operated to the highest level of professionalism.
Although competitors, the member agencies work together to promote their industry, and support each other. Collectively we have a wealth of information on all aspects of
teacher recruitment. TANVIC has established links with the wider education community and liaises closely with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) in particular on all
things educational, but especially casual replacement teachers (CRTs). It is our goal to strengthen our existing alliances and forge new ones in both the recruitment and
education industry.
